DIFFICULTY LEVELS
Our trips are classified in levels of technique and physical effort
Easy: 1
Accessible for all people in good health.
Moderate: 2
Accessible for all those in good health, who do a little sport regularly, and who are accustomed to walking through all kinds of terrain. 4-6 hours of walking per day, without much weight to carry.
Challenging: 3
For those physically active and who have some experience in traveling in mountainous terrain with backpack. 6-7 hours walks per day.
Demanding: 4
It requires a little effort and some resistance. Good health and a little hiking experience are necessary. 6-8 hours of walking per day. It often involves bringing your own equipment.
Strenuous: 5
Only suitable for physically and psychologically prepared people for high effort experiences. Expedition level. It often involves bringing your own equipment.
